Villa UA — Partner of the Premiere of the Documentary Film "2000 Meters to Andriivka"
Publication date: August 2025On August 27, at the capital's cinema "Oscar" (Gulliver Shopping Center), a pre-premiere presentation of Mstyslav Chernov's documentary "2000 Meters to Andriivka" took place. The film tells the story of the liberation of the village of Andriivka near Bakhmut, which became a symbol of resilience, courage, and the struggle of Ukrainian warriors.
The event was personally presented by the director — Oscar and Pulitzer Prize winner Mstyslav Chernov — and cameraman Alex Babenko. Among the first viewers were well-known cultural and public figures: Serhiy Prytula, Marichka Padalka, Oleksandr Teren, Iryna Tsilyk, Oleg Sentsov, Yanina Sokolova, the band "TNMK," and many others.
Together with the premiere partners, we joined a charity initiative — 400 tourniquets will be donated to State Emergency Service medics from viewers and socially responsible businesses.
Villa UA proudly supported this event, as it is important for us not only to be there in moments of joy but also to participate in projects that remind us: freedom and peace have a high price that the people of Ukraine pay.
The film will be released in wide Ukrainian distribution on August 28.
