Winners of the National Award for Administrative Excellence in Supply Chains, Warehousing, and Distribution Systems Announced

The company Trading House AV LLC announced the results of the professional competition National Award for Administrative Excellence in Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Distribution Systems, which took place in Ukraine within the competition cycle of 2022.

The award united experts and teams demonstrating effective administrative management, operational discipline, and measurable results in the fields of supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution.

Scale and evaluation

16 individual and team works were allowed to participate, representing Ukrainian companies from different FMCG, logistics and production segments.

Evaluation lasted from November 21, 2022 to December 23, 2022 and was conducted according to a structured methodology.

The chairperson of the jury was Tetiana Kashtalian, the Administrative Director of the Trading House AV company due to her expertise in integrated management of production and logistics systems, data-driven process transformation, and her experience developing and applying a structured evaluation approach (“The Kashtalian Method”) for operational governance and performance management. The jury also included internal and external industry experts.

According to the consolidated voting of the jury, the winners were determined in the following nominations:

• Team Excellence - Integrated Supply Chain & Distribution Systems: Team of LLC “UDK” (Global Spirits Alcohol Holding), Kyiv
• Team Excellence — Operational Coordination & Warehouse Management: Team of LLC “SavService Mova”, Kyiv
• Individual Excellence – Special Nomination - Administrative Maturity of the Year: Dmytrenko Inna, “New Products Ukraine” LLC
• Individual Excellence – Special Nomination - Judge’s Expert Choice Award: Hryshchenko Maryna, “Winemart” LLC

The value of the competition

The organizers note that the competition became a platform for the exchange of practical experience and the demonstration of real administrative solutions, which already today improve the quality of management, compliance and predictability of operations in business.
